  8. I'd say that it might not be hoping too much to get signatures after a long concert! The signing turned into a session of almost three hours, and the Met shop staff in incredulous despair/amusement that Kaufmann took so long talking with people. JK seemed easy-going, polite, and warm. I thought about what to say and probably babbled anyway. But I felt taken seriously and was commensurately overwhelmed.

Thanks for sharing!! And good luck with the journey to Santiago! Enhorabuena! You will love it! And don't forget to try the cidra, fabada, cocido and other wonderful stuff in the region, And pleaseee bring back some pictures! I hope you have an absolutely wonderful time in Europe :-)

That signing at the Met is quite something, 3 h :-) But he obviously enjoys sharing with people and talkig to them and it is much better in surroundings like that when one can take a bit more time than at a stage door, I am glad so many people went and enjoyed it! And he does indeed listen :-) And so i can understand about stressing about what to say ;-) I am sure you said something nice and made him laugh or smile :-)
