On this beautiful sunny afternoon, spend some time listening to Tony Pappano talk about Mahler and many other things...

Click on the pictures to be taken to the Euronews website where you can watch the videos.

Opening minds, telling the secrets... a beautiful thing :-)

  3. Kende, he is a very lucky man, he makes people happy and we love him for that! I wish more people would actually listen to what he has to say, not only when he is conducting.

Santi.. Forza with Pappano... ohhhh... I missed that one :-( But hopefully it will come round again. I don't always agree with how he does things, his recent Manon at the ROH was one of those ;-) but it is alwasy interesting to listen to and mostly he just makes me happy when i listen to him making music :-)

  4. Yes, I do hope too that La forza del destino will come again to the ROH, the production was great, the singers greater ( Violeta Urmana ) and the conductor Mr. Pappano, THE GREATEST.
I have many recordings with him, a lot¡¡¡ and I enjoy every minute of it, I consider him one of the greatest, one of the few conductors that knows what voice is all about, and that is why his operas are always a great success¡¡
    :-)
